Q.& A. - Multiple Sclerosis

Q. Would you please tell me if Noni juice can help a person with Multiple Sclerosis?
What will the effects be?
The literature only says it will only affect 50% of users.?
Could you please give me your opinion and suggested dosage for a woman 55yrs with MS.

A.Dr. Mona Harrison says that it can help MS and in my experience with people using it, the effects of MS are definitely slowed down. Depression is greatly helped and in each person the other effects differ. I would suggest a minimum of 40 mls/3 x day.

I'd seen people with injured backs who were hooked on pain killers and I suddenly could understand how that could happen to me. So no narcotic pharmaceuticals for me. But I was a human pain machine day and night without relief. I tried several products - different supplements to help with the pain and healing but they made no difference.

The day after this phone call I gingerly drove to the new company's warehouse nearby in Lindon, Utah, to see a man named Kelly Olsen whom I knew. Kelly was now the V.P. of Marketing of this new startup company and a friend so I figured I could pick his brain about why he was with this new company. Minor problems such as ringing in the ears and a stuffy nose have disappeared. My hair is still thick with very little gray, my finger nails are long and strong, my skin is clear and smooth, and I have kept my weight down to a trim size 10 while drinking this juice. Also, I have tons of energy, go walking for an hour each day, dance Friday and Saturday nights, serve in my church, travel long distances by car (driving myself without getting sleepy), walk and move without pain, have a happy heart and a clear mind, conduct my business affairs with clarity and focus, and continue to avoid colds and flues no matter the season or current epidemic in my area.

And people worry that this noni juice might be expensive. You couldn't pay me enough to have the sicknesses that used to plague me all the time. The time I spent in doctor's offices, the money I spent for over the counter and prescription drugs continually drained my budget and I never felt well, never felt enough energy, never felt like I was regaining my health. Noni - Sport's training

Noni is a powerful antioxidant drink.

Sport performance is followed by a high production of free radicals. The main reasons are reperfusion after the previous imbalance between the increased need of the organism and the ability of blood supply by oxygen, increased production of ATP, decomposition of the cells particularly white blood cells, oxidation of the purin basis from DNA, stress, output of epinephrine release of free iron, increased temperature in the muscle and its inflammation, and the reception of free radicals from external environment. Peroxidation of lipids, proteins, DNA and other compounds follows the previous biochemical steps. I was diagnosed with Shingles in November 1996. They were centered on the left side of my head, forehead, and eye area. Effects of Terpenes in Noni

Terpenes are a family of compounds that are widely distributed in the plant world. Some have biological activity while others are used only for various commercial purposes. These are substances that occur in most of the essential oils and resins in plants. For instance terpenes are the major components in the oils of citrus fruits and they include the bioflavanoids and the carotenoids.

These substances combat fungal bacterial infections and there are many stories claiming that terpenes are helpful in the treatment of glaucoma, spastic symptoms of multiple sclerosis, spinal lesions and in reducing the severity of side effects of chemotherapy.

Noni and Cancer - How much Noni

What is cancer

Simply put, cancer is a cellular malfunction. When suffering from cancer, the human body loses normal cellular controls, which results in the malignant of cell's unregulated growth. Theses cancer cells have a lack of differentiation and invade local tissue, travel elsewhere, and metastasize. The disease itself begins by one cell that mutates or changes. The abnormal cell maintains that mutation through the cell's reproduction process despite the efforts of the human body's defense system, which tries to eliminate abnormal cells. These mutated cells (resulting from abnormal DNA) then travel through the body, setting up residency in one or more of the body's organs. There are now well over one hundred types of cancer that can exist within the human body.

I believe noni's effect on cancer most likely deals with the fact that both noni and cancer work on a cellular level. It is further believed that noni enhances cellular structure while cancer, of course, destroys it. One of noni's key components, proxeronine, is sent to "sick" cells within the body by the Golgi apparatus and an enzyme, proxeroninease. The interaction creates xeronine, a cellular enhancer.

How much to drink?
While someone is on chemotherapy then 30 mls/2 x day is adequate. While not on chemotherapy then 1L/day for 4 days then 250 mls/day for the next 80 days. This is the amount people with any type of cancer should drink as a dietary support for their cancer treatment.

Q.& A. - Is it safe to take noni along with other medications?

Dr. Neil Solomon quotes, "Noni works synergistically with other food supplements and/or medications. It should be noted that noni can be used together with all other medications because there are virtually no negative interactions. In some situations, noni can allow other medications to act more efficiently. I find with blood thinners such as warfarin (coumarin), insulin & blood pressure tablets that those drinking noni should stay monitored with their doctor. "I served two tours of duty in Vietnam in 1967 & 1968, and like so many other Vietnam Veterans of my era, I contracted Hepatitis C. Hepatitis C is a real epidemic running rampant through many vets of the Vietnam War, and is an insidious retroactive disease that lays dormant for decades then strikes with a vengeance. According to the experts my next step was to prepare myself for the inevitable, a liver transplant somewhere in the future. TRY THE NONI SCALP TREATMENT FOR:

In researching whether noni can be used safely on the hair, I collected many hair samples that included natural, treated, as well as gray hair. Part of each sample was soaked in noni fruit juice for over twenty-four hours, and then studied. I also examined the samples under a microscope.

Noni appeared to have no negative effect on the natural and gray hair samples. I noticed that after using noni on my own scalp (I kept it there until it dried, and then washed it off), my natural hair seemed softer and to have more "body".

The effects of noni on treated hair varied and were inconclusive. This is not surprising, since there are so many different kinds of hair treatments. How Often Should I Drink Noni Juice-Dr. Neil Solomon

In an attempt to answer this question, a study of metabolic kinetics of noni puree has been carried out at the UIC laboratory in Rockford, Illinois. The metabolic kinetics of noni puree was studied in female rats after oral administration on 1 ml noni puree per 100 grams of body weight. Scopoletin, a well known major component in noni puree, was chosen as a marker and monitored in the plasma and in different organs over time. Results showed that to maintain a higher blood concentration of scopoletin, noni juice* should be taken every two to four hours. For overall health maintenance, however, noni juice* should be taken every six to twelve hours, no matter how much you drink. You should divide the doses into several servings, rather than take the total daily supply all at once. Results demonstrated that the frequency of drinking noni juice* is more important than the amount you drink. The distribution of scopoletin in various organs indicates that noni is absorbed into different tissues approximately one hour after administration. The peak concentration in different tissues occurred at about three hours.

Noni Component - ARGININE in noni

Arginine and Children
Adults require nine essential amino acids but infants and growing children require a tenth amino acid, arginine. Arginine is made by the liver as a step in producing urea in order to rid the body of the toxic build up of ammonia in the muscles. Children, however, cannot manufacture arginine fast enough to keep their bodies detoxified in addition to caring for the manufacture of necessary proteins required for their growth, therefore they must obtain it through their diet.

Arginine and high energy requirements
There is a high energy compound called creatine phosphate which is important in keeping energy stores high in muscle and other excitable tissues such as brain and nerve. Body builders and other athletes often supplement themselves with this important nutrient so that their energy levels will remain high. Arginine and methionine are both important amino acids required by the body for the synthesis of this compound within the body and must present in adequate amounts for this process to take place. Both of these amino acids are found in noni juice.

Arginine also stimulates the release of growth hormone and insulin. Like alanine it is involved in immune system processes as well as the synthesis of collagen, insulin, elastin, glucagons, and haemoglobin.

(Body injuries sustained through the day may only consist of micofibre injuries within the muscles. These are repaired during stage 4 of sleep (the deepest stage of sleep) when growth hormone is released. For those with fibromyalgia, sleep is disturbed and these repairs do not take place, giving rise to continually aching muscles. The disturbed sleep also gives rise to chronic fatigue in the individuals.)

Arginine and Reproduction
Men consuming arginine as a food supplement have been able to have sperm count and motility improved where there was previously poor sperm count and activity.

YIN/YANG: AN IMPORTANT PART OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
The Yin/Yang theory has been used in many different ways in Chinese philosophy, but it has been extensively used in the biological and medical fields. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the human body is an integrated whole. Diagnosis and treatment of the body is founded on this concept. A healthy body depends on the balance of Yin/Yang. The net results from the interaction of these micro-Yin/Yang pairings are manifested as a macro-Yin/Yang status of health. They interact and strike a dynamic balance to achieve normal well-being. The basic theory of Chinese medicine is based upon the regulation and balance of Yin/Yang by using herbs, food, massage or acupuncture, and nutrients.

Noni acts as both a micro-sized Yin/Yang regulator and as a macro sized Yin/Yang regulator. Its regulatory power is seen in the way the fruit can benefit two opposite health conditions such as diarrhea and constipation, or high or low blood pressure. In order to better understand Yin/Yang, I want to share a few examples of other herbs that have limited Yin/Yang regulating abilities. Take for example Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng). The herb is often given for weakness and is considered a Yang tonic. In a double-blind study, thirty-six noni insulin-dependent diabetic patients were treated with ginseng (either 100 mg, 200 mg, or placebo). The result was that ginseng elevated mood and improved physical performance. However, American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) is considered a Yin tonic and is given for hot constitutions. That is why American ginseng is recommended for women with hot flashes. Its effects as an adaptogen are similar to those of Asian Ginseng, but women often respond better to this form. Proxeronine in noni juice* is also an adaptogen that balances the Yin/Yang through the dual regulation that originally strengthens the Yin and then enhances the Yang.

The following text is written by Dr. Neil Solomon:

"Before delving into each of the specific health conditions for which people use noni, I want to quickly summarize how I believe noni is able to help so many different health problems. While the working theory I am about to present does not cover the only reason noni is such an effective natural health supplement, I believe it does help explain why this ancient fruit is able to improve the symptoms of so many varied types of health problems.

One of these theories used to explain noni's health effects revolves around one of its putative main components -proxeronine. It is believed that once in the body, proxeronine travels to specific parts of the cells, such as the mitochondria, microsomes, Golgi apparatus, reticuloendothelium, electron transport system, DNA, RNA, etc. Within the cell, these components communicate with each other (intracellular) and with other cells (intercellular). It is established by Dr. Anne Hirazumi that noni augments the release of high amounts of nitric oxide from immune cells. I coupled her work with the work from the 1998 Nobel Prize winners in medicine who are Drs. Robert Fuchgott, Feried Murad, and Louis Igano. These scientists demonstrated that nitric oxide in low concentrations allows cells to communicate with each other. Nitric oxide becomes one of their special languages. The 1999 Nobel Prize was awarded to Rockerfeller University Biologist Dr. Guenther Blobel who explained how proteins are shipped to cells using a "postal and zip code" sort of system. I believe when a person does not have optimal health, it is because some cells are sick.

Relying on research from other scientists, I have constructed my own theory about how the body is able to distribute the important biochemical compounds in noni. According to the theory, once in the body proxeronine travels to specific cells and settles in the cell's Golgi apparatus and reticuloendothelium. Within these structures, proxeronine combines with other natural biochemicals and building blocks (i.e. hormones, proteins, enzymes, serotonin, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants) where it exerts its action. It is postulated the Golgi apparatus and the reticuloendothelium then assemble all the necessary compounds into a specific "package" and deliver the "package" to the parts of the cell which are sick, or they may carry the "package" via the blood stream to other sick cells in other parts of the body, similar to how letters are sent to a specific address based upon the specified postal code. This is called the Noni Phenomenon.

As the receiving cell opens the "package" sent by the Golgi apparatus and the reticuloendothelium, the packaged proxeronine combines with another cellular enzyme called proxeroninease. According to the research by Dr. Ralph Heinicke, this combination converts into xeronine. Others believe that xeronine aids the cell to repair and regenerate itself. This is one way I believe that noni juice helps the body heal itself.

A simple illustration of this would be to compare proxeronine to that of a conductor of a symphony orchestra. Just as a conductor skillfully conducts the participants in an orchestra, proxeronine directs the various amounts of nutraceuticals, other natural biochemicals and building blocks (i.e. hormones, proteins, enzymes, serotonin, vitamins, antioxidants) to go to that part of the sick cell(s) to help in healthy regeneration. Once this happens, under the direction of its conductor the cells once again work in harmony and play beautiful, helpful music.

One might logically ask why use noni juice to replenish proxeronine? Why not obtain it from food? The answer is simple. Noni IS a food and is by far the richest known source of proxeronine. It has more than forty times more proxeronine than its closest competitor, pineapple."

Have vegetables lost their nutrients?

That green vegetable: who needs it?

Matthew Engel finds, with some relief, that broccoli may no longer be good for you.

If you sit anywhere long enough - be it the banks of the Ganges or a saloon bar - sooner or later you will hear someone say something interesting.

It happened to me last week in the most improbable place imaginable: the public gallery of the European parliament at Strasbourg, where whole eons can pass without anyone saying anything remotely interesting.

The remark I heard, or thought I heard, was: "Broccoli has lost 80 per cent of its nutritional value." The implications of this were staggering. No other item of food so powerfully represents the dictates of healthy eating against pleasurable eating.

"Eat your broccoli or else," is the most consistent mantra of the average
mother-son relationship.

In our household, we have staged - in my wife's absence - NSB (No Stupid
Broccoli) weeks as a counterattack.

It has even acquired political resonance. When George Bush snr declared, as president, that he hated broccoli, he was furiously denounced by all the worthy mothers of the United States. But I can tell you that Al Gore lost heavily among male voters because he was, quite obviously, an enthusiastic broccoli eater. You can tell.

So was it possible? Had I misheard? If broccoli isn't good for you, what's it good for? I rang Tim Lang, professor of food policy at Thames Valley University, England, who said: "I wondered when someone was going to get on to this." He put me in touch with a man called David Thomas who said: "At last!"

Thomas is a British researcher who did something simple, the essence of all major breakthroughs. He went to the British Library and found all the past editions of The Composition of Foods by McCance & Widdowson, the leading authority on British nutrition, which notes the content of all major foods. The book first came out in 1940 and by checking right back, he was able to plot some startling trends.

The problem is both broader and narrower than the Strasbourg broccoli remark suggests. Thomas's research refers specifically to trace elements, those obscure minerals which we all know we need because it says so on the side of cereal packets.

Thomas discovered that, since 1940, there had been some stunning declines of these in all fruit and vegetables: calcium is down 46 per cent; sodium down 49 per cent; copper down 75 per cent. More specifically, carrots have lost 75 per cent of their magnesium; broccoli has lost 75 per cent of its calcium; and sodium has disappeared entirely from runner beans. There are less dramatic declines almost across the menu.

Most of us are vaguely aware that we need calcium for healthy teeth and bones: that's the sort of thing you hear from advertisements. But copper? Apparently, it's a crucial guard against premature aging in general, and ailments as varied as piles and emphysema in particular.

Sodium? You can get too much of it, but it's essential to the working of the nerves and muscles. Magnesium, meanwhile, has all kinds of magical properties in warding off anything from kidney stones to PMT. And virtually all our intake comes from vegetables, fruit and nuts. That much is accepted science.

There are at least two possible explanations for these findings. Thomas thinks it is to do with the nature of modern agri-business, which has dumped huge quantities of fertiliser on the soil, increasing the content of the basic growth elements at the expense of everything else. Lang takes it further back: to plant breeding in general.

The seeds we plant in our gardens now have been specially bred to mature earlier, to resist disease, to last longer, to look better. The unglamorous business of trace elements is way down the priority list. And if that's true for ordinary gardeners, it's going to be 10 times more true at the industrial level, where our diet is controlled.

Thomas, it has to be said, is not a wholly unbiased observer. He is in the food supplements business. He thinks it's possible that somewhere in these statistics are the answers to the mysterious increase in a variety of diseases and problems - diabetes, asthma, allergies in general, leukaemia, eczema and so on. For all I know, this is drivel. But there are questions here that require answers.

Lang thinks so: "I don't understand why nutritionists aren't looking at this. It's an issue that will come, I'm absolutely convinced."

In the meantime - and this is not going to go down well with at least one
eight-year-old I know - the answer is not that we can give up broccoli.

On the contrary, we have to eat four or five times as much to get the benefit that would have been available 60 years ago. Eat more broccoli or else!

Even though most of us don’t look like a fruit fly, about 70 percent of our genes that are known to cause human malignancies are found in similar form in the fruit fly. With these impressive genetic similarities and their short life span scientists often use fruit flies for their studies. Professor Steven Gallant has experimented feeding noni to fruit flies. He believed the same group of polysaccharides in noni that Dr. Ann Hirazumi found to help fight cancer may also extend the life of fruit flies. His results are exciting. In his experiment, most of the water-fed fruit flies died between 40 and 60 days, and none lived past 80 days. However, a large number of noni-fed fruit flies lived past 80 days. In fact, some were still alive after 100 days and also their mobility throughout their life was greatly improved.

Dried or Pureed Noni?

POWDERED OR DRIED? - Does the product contain fewer beneficial components because it is made from dried or powdered noni?

Many noni companies use a dried or dehydrated form of noni and then reconstitute it with a sweetened water solution. If you see extensive settling or notice separation, it is likely dried noni. The problem with dried or dehydrated noni is that beneficial compounds are lost during the drying process, removing useful components and weakening the potency of the juice.

Dried or powdered noni usually has not been cleaned properly or is dried in the sun. Insects, mold and germs are routinely found in this type of botanical material.

“The freeze-drying of biological material, which is to be quantitatively analyzed (micro-amount level) for compounds of low or intermediate molecular weight, should be either omitted or handled under strict control. This is because compounds such as amino acids, sugars, flavonoids, glycosides, coenzymes, peptides, etc., might be removed from concentrates and (or) the
ground biological material by the high vacuum’ (Analytical Biochemistry, June 1983).

This means that when a fruit such as noni is dehydrated, volatile compounds (the components that make noni effective) can and will be lost. Manufacturing dehydration processes are even more aggressive than the laboratory scale process mentioned above. Thus, the loss of volatile
compounds is even more evident in commercial powdered noni products. Any other method will cause even greater nutrient depletion than those mentioned in the previous quote.

PROCESSING - There are many different ways noni products are processed and brought into the commercial market. The most popular methods are explained below along with some pros and cons:

The Puree Method - the entire noni fruit is used in creating the juice. The fruit is picked when fully ripe and is then mashed finely (excluding the seeds) into a liquid puree. Because this puree is thick, flavouring juices are added to make the fruit into a liquid, palatable consistency before pasteurisation and bottling. Although still under scientific investigation, there are many beneficial properties derived from the noni fruit that you receive in products manufactured using this method. The juice is more palatable with the addition of flavouring juices and natural flavouring juices can enhance the nutritional benefits of the juice.
CAUTION - Some noni products have too many flavouring agents or too much water added which weakens the overall potency of the juice.

Juice Only Method - With this method, the noni fruit is picked when the product is ripe or very ripe, bordering on rotten. When the fruit is this ripe, the juice literally drips off of the fruit. The fruit is then placed over large screens and the juice drips off from the fruit and is collected in large tubs. This juice is then cleaned and bottled often without adding any other flavouring agents, sweeteners or thickeners. Sometimes companies will add water to the juice before bottling it for increased volume. There are currently no regulations on noni juice, so companies can legally add as much water back to the juice as they desire.
CAUTION - This may be the purest form of noni juice, but it can be difficult to palate because of noni's inherit strong taste. The natural juice can also be diluted undetectably and it may still bear the 100% pure juice label because of the lack of regulation. Juice made from this method is at a great risk of being rotten due to over ripening and this process excludes any beneficial properties that could be contained in the noni pulp.

Tablets and Capsules - With this method, the noni fruit is picked when it has reached maturity.The fruit is then passed through a dehydration or drying process that removes the majority of moisture content from the fruit. The dried fruit typically undergoes a process called "irradiation" to clean and sanitise the dried fruit. It is then ground into fine particles that are encapsulated or bound into tablets. Tablets and capsules may be more palatable, convenient
and easy to consume, but do these few pros outweigh the cons?
CAUTION - Because of a lack of scientific research on dried or dehydrated noni, its
efficacy in this state is largely unknown. Anytime a fruit is dehydrated, certain nutrients and compounds are lost. It has yet to be determined which properties in the noni fruit are lost during this process, but it is impossible to prevent some nutrients from being lost.

The Powdered Juice Method - With this method, the noni fruit is generally picked when it has reached maturity. The fruit is then passed through a dehydration or drying process that removes the majority of the moisture content from the fruit. After being irradiated, the fruit is then ground into fine particles that are added into a liquid solution consisting of flavouring agents, sweeteners and thickeners. You can identify this juice by pouring it into a clear container and letting it sit overnight. If black, grainy particles settle to the bottom of the cup, the juice has been made with this process. Also, the particles are readily identifiable floating in the juice. This juice may have a good flavour, but at what expense?
CAUTION - The drying or dehydrating process removes nutritional value from the fruit. In addition, it is difficult to determine how much noni you are getting in each serving and some of these products bear a high sugar content as artificial
sweeteners have been added.

Only drink the noni juice that is made from noni fruit puree directly from noni fruit which has been harvested to preserve its nutritive properties. It should never be tampered with - it remains in its liquid state from harvest to bottle, preserving the live compounds for maximum potency. The copmpany should control the process from the noni tree to the consumer’s hands, ensuring the most natural and most nutritive noni product on the market.

Q.& A. - Haemachromatosis

Q. My question is. I have a female friend aged 51, who has haemachromatosis - too much iron in the blood. Would noni juice help with this. Also what quantity would you recommend? She has said that she can’t have vitamin C, I have told her there is Vitamin C in the juice however she has still asked whether it would help with her condition.

A.The amount of vitamin C (which helps the absorption of iron from food) in one brand of noni juice is only 6 mg per 30 mls – very low. We have had people with this condition take the juice with no ill effect – in fact most feel a lot better on it. She should drink 30 mls/2 x day.

Testimonial-Breast Cancer

My name is Antoinette Ey. I am 52 years old and live at Aspley Qld. with my husband Tony, my son Jason, 21, and my daughter Kimberley, 18.
In November 2000 I had a mammogram and was diagnosed with breast cancer. The tumour was approximately 10cms in size and the lymph glands were also enlarged.

When I saw the surgeon several days later, he told me the tumour was inoperable so he recommended 4-6 treatments of chemo-therapy in order to shrink the tumour with a possible 4-6 further treatments if the tumour had not decreased sufficiently enough to perform a radical mastectomy (complete removal of the breast and lymph glands).

I was not happy about the chemotherapy or the surgery as I have always been more interested in natural therapies. After agonizing over this and cancelling two appointments for chemo, I spoke to my sister who told me of a friend who had been diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years earlier and who claimed she is now cancer free. She said she had taken a ¼ cup of Aloe Vera juice twice a day and after 3 months the cancer had gone. The next day I went to the health shop for the Aloe Vera and began drinking the juice. A couple of days later I went to see my GP who recommended NONI Juice (something I had never even heard of) for the nausea and vomiting associated with chemo-therapy. I bought a bottle from him and began the maintenance dose that day. He told me it had been most beneficial for a number of his patients. A day or two later, I looked in the phone book and called a friend who told me all about the other wonderful things attributed to Noni juice.

The following week I went to a meeting and listened to an address by the noni naturiopath. After the meeting I told her of my problem and she suggested I start taking a 1L of Noni for 4 days, then a 500 ml for 4 days, then a 250 ml for the next 30 days and then on to the maintenance amount )30 mls/2 x day). I decided to follow her advice and began the next day.

On Jan 12, three weeks later, I saw the Oncologist prior to the 2nd treatment. She asked me had I had any problems with side effects and I told her I hadn’t which seemed to surprise her. She was even more surprised, in fact astounded when she did a clinical examination and noted that the tumour had shrunk, in her estimation by around 25%. When I went in for my 2nd treatment, my husband asked the nurse administering the chemo how common was it for a tumour to shrink by 25% in 3 weeks, after only one treatment. She said she’d never heard of it before.

On Feb 2, prior to my 3rd treatment, I was examined by the Oncologist and the tumour had decreased by a further 25%. I am naturally delighted, and firmly believe that it is the Noni juice which stopped the nausea and vomiting and the lack of mouth ulcers, another common side effect of chemo. I can’t say for certain how much it has had to do with the decrease in the size of the tumour, as I take other natural things as well, but I am absolutely convinced that the chemo alone is not responsible for such a dramatic reduction in the size of the tumour. I have no doubt it can be attributed to the juices (Aloe Vera, Noni and fresh fruit and vegetable) as well as the elimination of dairy foods, caffeine, alcohol and an increased intake of fresh fruit and vegetables.

I have now decided to have a break from the chemo-therapy as I find it mentally wearing so I have increased my intake of Noni juice to 120ml per day and hope that with a positive attitude my body will do the rest. Here’s to good health.

Testimonial. Alzheimers Disease

This is a story about our friend, E., age 64, who 4 years ago was diagnosed with Alzheimers Disease. E. had become quite forgetful, left the house without locking the doors, not always remembering where he was driving to, and wife said that he was mixing his words, putting the wrong words in the right place and so on.

He told his doctor that he did not want to continue taking this drug, but the doctor advised him it was the best they had, and asked him to give it a three month trial and E. agreed . At the end of this period of time, he told the doctor he was not proceeding with this treatment.

It was then that E. purchased the a noni extracts specifically formulated for memory and started to take 12 drops in 120 mls of Noni Juice twice daily. This was his program for 18 months. He now takes 60 mls Noni Juice twice daily, with 12 drops of the extract once daily.
